Our volunteer roles are offered without financial compensation, and participants are asked to cover their own expenses. While this requires great commitment, over nearly 30 years many can testify to God’s incredible provision and faithfulness. If you feel called to this journey of faith, trust that God equips those He sends.

INQUIRE ABOUT JOINING OUR STAFF TEAM:
The college is staffed by self-supported missionaries (mostly), who bring the richness of their cross-cultural missions experience to the residential community.
Each staff member shares in the task of facilitating the training and preparation of the learners, which means they participate fully in everyday college life.
