Pastoral Care

A study of the theology of pastoral ministry and the basis of the pastoral
role. An introduction to pastoral care is given together with a considera-
tion of differing models of pastoral support. Students also study the
member care of cross-cultural workers and strategies for being an emo-
tionally healthy leader.
