Interpersonal Relationships

An introduction to some interpersonal skills for the cross-cultural worker
including personality types, culture shock, working in multicultural teams,
handling stress, listening skills, understanding conflict, helping resolve
personal and team conflicts, forgiveness, reconciliation, negotiation and
mediation.
